Ava was barely four when she voiced and starred in her very first TV commercial for her favourite band, The Wiggles. Could life get any better, she wondered?

With her husky voice and fun personality, the answer was “yes!” and Ava has continued to work behind the mic and in front of the camera for more favourites including McDonald’s, Cartoon Network, Peters Ice Cream, Mattel, Cricket Australia, Optus, Boomerang TV, BabyLove and Google.

Ava’s natural warmth resonates throughout her work and she brings authenticity, vulnerability and energy to her reads. Her voice spans pre-teen, teen and young adult: from kids to youthful cool, Ava knows how to use her voice to nail a characterisation… And her recent portrayal of Sawako Kuronuma in Netflix’s live-action series, Kimi ni Todoke – From Me to You, is no exception. Cast as the English voice of the main character, Ava brought Sawako’s soft-spoken awkwardness to life—and nailed a neutral US accent while doing so.
