Helen first set foot on stage when she was 9 years old and from that moment she was hooked. School plays, Youth Theatre and Improvisation workshops followed until she completed a one year Acting Diploma in England's north, along with learning skills in all aspects of Film, Theatre, Television and Radio.

The dazzling lights of London then beckoned and Helen put her multi- skilling to the test where she became an Agency Producer by day, Theatre Actor by night, along with managing to squeeze in a short film where possible.

Once in Sydney she landed the role of 'Rosie' in the Tropfest 2006 Best Comedy Winner 'How Many Doctors Does It Take To Change A Light Bulb?" to name but one and most recently returned to the stage for a four week run at the Newtown Theatre playing the Devil in Glutton for Punishment. Helen is currently filming the film version of the 2007 Short and Sweet People's Choice Winner 'Sexual Perversity in Prague'.
