Dave has been working full time in the media for over 10 years as an accomplished voice over artist, plus on-air radio and television personality. He spent 2007-2009 in New York City working as a reporter for NBC TV, a DJ with legendary K-ROCK and doing voice overs for HBO amongst others.
He’s now back Down Under and picking up where he left off. Dave has been the promo voice for MTV, Nickelodeon, Nine Network kids' promos, and the imaging voice for stacks of radio stations. Commercial clients have included Optus, McDonalds, EMI, EBay, and the Nova network.
He spent winters from 2000-2005 based at Perisher Blue ski resort reporting on snow conditions for the Nine Network’s Today Show, The Weather Channel, Fox Sports, Fuel TV and Sky News.
During the summer months Dave presented the beach and surf reports for The Weather Channel and the Today Show, which saw him reporting live from various beaches around Australia’s coastline. He also gave away one million dollars live on channel 9 before Eddie did! (Check out his Showreel).
Behind the scenes, he was a finalist in the Australian Radio Awards for Best Program Director.
He takes direction extremely well and is always ready to tackle whatever is thrown his way. A proficient producer in both audio and video, Dave understands the product from concept to final cut. Oh and generally nails the read in two takes!
