Em brings her down to earth and enthusiastic attitude to absolutely everything she does.

After finishing school in 2007, Em was lucky enough to get a job at Fox Studios working for Spectrum Films – a Post Production Facility where she met some of the most amazing Australian and International Directors, Editors, Producers and Actors.

Her next stop was Ogilvy & Mather where she worked as a Producer and developed a love for advertising and a knack for bringing together the various elements of a production that ensured the execution was spot on and the creative was as good as it could be.

After a few years, Em took these skills into digital working at Tongue.  Here she quickly became savvy on the ever-emerging digital realm and developed a keen understanding for how to engage with online audiences while also learning how to manage the business side of the industry.

Em’s fantastic energy and passion for the industry, combined wirth her skills learned in production, advertising and digital will help clients find the perfect talent or crew member for their next production.
